• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and using the Service.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Content and Data Storage

The following outlines our handling of user data:

• Content planning data (such as content ideas, outlines, and AI-generated suggestions) created using our Content Planner tool is stored in our database to facilitate user management of their content strategy. Users can delete this data at any time.
• No other user-generated content or data (e.g., transcripts, scripts, thumbnails) is stored on our servers unless explicitly required for the functionality of specific tools.
• All data handling complies with our Privacy Policy and YouTube's API Services Terms of Use.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
• Fail to comply with any payment obligations associated with paid features of the Service.
